Being closely connected with Børge Mogensen’s famous design and furniture, the Danish furniture company Fredericia Furniture experience great demand for their furniture.

In order to maintain and enable future growth and control expenses, the company needed a tight control of the entire business. Therefore, the management of the acknowledged furniture company chose to implement TRIMIT Furniture on Microsoft Dynamics 365 as their new IT platform.

We seize the opportunity to digest all our processes. We will take our starting point in the Lean philosophy about reducing waste, creating flow, and establishing gradual improvements. We already produce 100% to order only. Still, we have an increased focus on reducing our stock of intermediate and medium quality goods.

 Furthermore, we also focus on controlling the deliveries from our subcontractors to make it Just-in-Time. The prerequisites for these kinds of improvements are increased transparency and the ability to plan, which TRIMIT Furniture enables us to do
